Sarah Dubay, M.Ed, MMEL, is the Director of the Eastern Maine Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and is committed to the continued curricular development of rural, community-based medical education in Maine. She also serves as the Director of Communications for Penobscot Community Health Care and is responsible for marketing, external and internal communications, community outreach, and Community Health Corps.  She is a graduate of the University of Maine and the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.
