Elaine Owens is the Director of Wake AHEC in Raleigh, NC.  She earned her Masters of Public Administration degree from East Carolina University and has 20 years educational planning experience, including collaborations with physician practices, healthcare organizations, academic institutions and other community partners in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.  She has 12 years of experience in quality improvement initiatives, including process improvement and outcomes measurement related to student education.
