Kathleen Quinn, Ph.D. is the Associate Dean for Rural Health which operates the MU Rural Track Pipeline Program. For the past 16 years, her career has focused on meeting the needs of rural and underserved Missourians by effectively directing a comprehensive rural medical pipeline program. The pipeline program includes a high school careers program, a pre-admissions program, and rural clinical training experiences throughout medical school.
