Jennifer Taylor, DHEd, MPH is a Visiting Research Associate in the Department of Family Medicine at the Indiana University (IU) School of Medicine, the Assistant Director for Research and Scholarship for the IU Center for Interprofessional Health Education and Practice, and the Associate Director for Evaluation with the Indiana Area Health Education Network. Dr. Taylor earned a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation and Master of Public Health from Indiana University and a Doctor of Health Education degree from A. T. Still University of Health Sciences.
Dr. Taylor’s research emphasis has focused on the identification and evaluation of promising practices designed to promote improved access to care in rural and medically underserved areas through student education. She serves as a leader at the national level with the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. and the National AHEC Organization Committee on Outcomes, Research and Evaluation.
She has over a decade of experience in a variety of health-related topics including workplace wellness, mental health and addiction, cancer education, and primary prevention.
